Shipping and returns policy

Shipping

MS Global Commerce, S.L. offers a shipping service to Spain with NACEX company. The rest of shipments outside Spain will be made through UPS company. 

Any order made through our website, will not have any minimum order condition or special exceptions.

Shipping costs:

– Free for Spain

– Free for the United States

– For the rest of shipments, the cost will vary according on the rate provided by the shipping company.

 

Delivery (approximate timeframes):

2 to 5 business days

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on Federal or Local holidays.

The shipping conditions indicated may vary during times of sales and promotion, with approximate delivery times from 6 to 10 working days.

Compliance with these terms above will also depend on third parties. MS Global Commerce S.L. can not guarantee a term less than 15 days.

 

Changes

Changes are accepted. This option can be very useful if you need to change size, color or even model. For a chance request please send us an email to pedidos@jamespaulclub.com indicating the order number, the reference of the article(s) to be changed and the reason for the change. Once we receive your full request we will contact you back to indicate the date in which the transport company will ship the new order and collect the previous one.

We will assume the shipping cost for the first change.

IMPORTANT:

We will arrange the package collection in the next 48h after receiving the change request.

Once the package arrives to our warehouse, we will send within the next 48h the new package.

We assume the shipping cost of the first change only. For further changes, customers will pay for the extra shipping cost according to the rates provided by the transport company.

The collections will be made at the same shipping address where the first shipment was delivered. If you want to change the collecting address, please tell us at the moment of the change request.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted only and within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be in the exact same conditions in which they were delivered without usage and in their original packaging.

Please contact our customer service department by sending an email to pedidos@jamespaulclub.com, indicating the order number, the reference of the items to be returned and the reason for the return. 

We will arrange the package collection in the next 48h after receiving the change request.

Customers will pay for the return shipping cost and according to the transport company rates. The shipping cost will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded to the customer.

We will pay for the return shipping cost if the reason of the return is due to a quality problem of the product.

IMPORTANT:

Refunds will be made to the same payment method selected by customers.

The collections will be made at the same shipping address where the first shipment was delivered. If you want to change the collecting address, please tell us at the moment of the return request..

We will make the reimbursement between within the next 48h of the package reception. However, final reimbursement date will depend on the bank and payment method selected by customers.
